Food safety is an extremely important part of the business. Our hands-on approach to wheat buying together with our quality management system means we can be confident about the integrity of supply and end products.
Special safety sieves and ventilators are installed at critical points throughout the milling process and Food safety audits are routinely conducted as part of our quality management system.

Flour Mills under CerestarGroup are FSSC 22000 certified, one of the highest standards of Food Safety Management System certification.
Our companies quality management system meets ISO 9001 standards.
To meet the Indonesian National Standard for wheat flour, all of our flour mills have been certified with SNI 3751 by an accredited certification body.
All of the CerestarGroup flour mills are MUI Halal Certificate holders, and a Halal Assurance System has been implemented in all locations, to ensure the production process and halal products.

To meet the needs of our industrial customers, we can supply large quantities of wheat flour, using large bags of 700 –800 kg, bulk liner container, as well as, our own fleet of bulk flour tankers.

PT Cerestar Flour Mills
PT Cerestar Flour Mills was established in 2007 as a foreign investment company, to cater for the growing demand of wheat flour in Indonesia and neighboring countries. Cerestar’s ultra modern plant with state-of-the-art milling technology, started its production in March 2010.
Location
PT Cerestar Flour Mills is strategically located in Cilegon West Java, and Medan Indonesia. They are both close to deep ocean ports. The existing unloading facilities at these ports allow PT Cerestar Flour Mills to receive shipment of wheat up to a panamax vessel of 70,000 MT.
The Cilegon mill has a land area of 8Ha and a production capacity of 1,500 MT per day.
The Medan mill has a land area of 4Ha and a production capacity of 500 MT per day.

This modern state-of-the-art facility is built on the same vision of ‘creating value beyond flour’ and the same mission statement of ‘consistent quality every time’ and cost efficiency.
Location
PT Harvestar Flour Mills is strategically located in Gresik , East Java, close to Surabaya. The existing unloading facilities at the port allow Harvestar to receive shipment of wheat in a full-panamax vessel of 70,000 MT.
The Gresik mill has a land area of 8Ha and a production capacity of 1000 MT per day.

Location
PT Agri First Indonesia is strategically located in Medan, close enough to deep sea ports, to allow Agri First Indonesia to receive shipment of wheat in a full-panamax vessels of 70,000 MT.
The Medan mill has a land area of 4Ha and a production capacity of 370 MT per day.
